It certainly helps doing the "backwards" version, but it will still take me a while to get up to speed.
- As someone who is slightly better at the UUDD, I find when I go straight back to the DDUU, its worse! However, today everything was easier, maybe because I did practice before going to sleep, so maybe my brain had time to process at all without other stuff layered over the top. I was delighted this morning.
- After several pitiful attempts, I can say now finally I'm getting it! It helped to run the video at 75% for a while.
